Our Modular Expertise

In House Design

Our experienced design team liaise with the end users to ensure an agreed design is produced in line with their specific needs. The processes are constantly evolving with new technologies and software to ensure all our designs are modern, fully compliant, and accurate for both industry recommendations and end user requirements.

Real Offsite Construction

We offer a real offsite construction system, using pre-engineered modular units built up to 90% within a controlled factory environment. Once delivered to site, the modules are installed and commissioned within a matter of weeks, keeping site disruption to the absolute minimum.

Funding Solutions

The revenue solutions provided by MCH allow all associated project costs including, groundworks, modular facility, and medical equipment to be incorporated into the monthly rental figure. The end user also has the Managed Service Agreement (MSA) option available to them, which can include the Hard and Soft FM Soft Services, with the added potential to recover VAT on the entire monthly charge.

Maintenance

As part of the fully maintained solution, MCH carry out all pre-preventative maintenance requirements on the modular facilities, together with reactive maintenance in the event of any plant failures. This provided the end-user with the comfort that once commissioned and handed over, total care of the building structure and mechanical and electrical installations is the responsibility of MCH.
