NHS Frameworks
All our facilities are available through procurement-compliant frameworks provided by Crown Commercial Services (CCS), Shared Business Services (SBS), and NHS Commercial Solutions. This allows for a simpler and faster procurement process, including direct award and efficiency.
HBN and HTM Compliant
We design and manufacture each theatre facility in accordance with the NHS guidelines for healthcare spaces, specifically: HBN26 - Facilities for Surgical Procedures, HTM03/01 - Specialised Ventilation for Healthcare premises, HTM02/01 – Medical Gas Pipeline systems.
Flexible Finance
We offer Hire, Managed Service and Pulse - usage agreements allowing the Trust to combine the full costs of the project: design, enabling works, installation, and upkeep of the facility into a monthly fee. This can also extend to the inclusion of medical equipment into monthly payments.

Who carries out the maintenance on our facility?
Our in-house technical team and approved specialist contractors carry out all maintenance works. Everyone is trained to work in live clinical environments, ensuring safety, discretion, and minimal disruption.
How do you ensure minimal disruption to patient services during maintenance?
We work closely with your estates and clinical teams to schedule works at convenient times, often outside of peak hours, and ensure strict infection control protocols and site safety are maintained at all times.
Can you manage lifecycle replacement of critical systems?
Yes. We offer full lifecycle support—including replacement of ageing HVAC systems, medical gas plant, fire safety systems, and other key infrastructure—planned in advance to avoid service disruption.
How can we track maintenance activity and compliance?
We provide detailed maintenance logs, certificates, and reporting to give you clear visibility of compliance. We can also align with your CAFM systems or provide standalone reporting on request.
