We design and manufacture each theatre facility in accordance with the NHS guidelines for healthcare spaces, specifically: HBN26 - Facilities for Surgical Procedures, HTM03/01 - Specialised Ventilation for Healthcare premises, HTM02/01 – Medical Gas Pipeline systems.
Flexible Finance
We offer Hire, Managed Service and Pulse - usage agreements allowing the Trust to combine the full costs of the project: design, enabling works, installation, and upkeep of the facility into a monthly fee. This can also extend to the inclusion of medical equipment into monthly payments.

A standard hub can include ultra-clean operating theatres, first-stage and second-stage recovery areas, 4–6 bed inpatient wards or single rooms, consultation rooms, diagnostics, clean/dirty utility, staff areas, and reception/waiting zones.
