NHS Frameworks
All our facilities are available through procurement-compliant frameworks provided by Crown Commercial Services (CCS), Shared Business Services (SBS), and NHS Commercial Solutions. This allows for a simpler and faster procurement process, including direct award and efficiency.
HBN and HTM Compliant
We design and manufacture each theatre facility in accordance with the NHS guidelines for healthcare spaces, specifically: HBN26 - Facilities for Surgical Procedures, HTM03/01 - Specialised Ventilation for Healthcare premises, HTM02/01 – Medical Gas Pipeline systems.
Flexible Finance
We offer Hire, Managed Service and Pulse - usage agreements allowing the Trust to combine the full costs of the project: design, enabling works, installation, and upkeep of the facility into a monthly fee. This can also extend to the inclusion of medical equipment into monthly payments.
Maintenance
We provide comprehensive building facilities management, ensuring that your assets are protected, maintained, and operating at peak efficiency. With our tailored maintenance solutions, we help lower running costs, reduce environmental impact, and provide peace of mind.

Are your SSD facilities compliant with NHS standards and regulations?
Yes. Our sterile services buildings are designed in full compliance with HTM 01-01, ISO 13485, and other relevant decontamination and infection control standards.
What equipment can be integrated into the modular SSD?
We can integrate washers, disinfectors, autoclaves, drying cabinets, and cleanroom-grade ventilation systems. We work with your preferred suppliers or can include procurement as part of a turnkey solution.
Can your SSD buildings be connected to existing hospital infrastructure?
Yes. Our facilities can be seamlessly integrated with existing buildings, as well as other modular options, such as wards and imaging services, or operate as standalone units with separate access, utilities, and environmental controls.
What infection control measures are included in your SSD solutions?
We implement strict zoning between dirty, clean, and sterile areas, install HTM-compliant finishes and ventilation systems, and design for optimal staff and equipment flows to prevent cross-contamination.
Can we relocate or expand a modular SSD in the future?
