This structure combines facility hire, FM (hard & soft services), equipment, consumables, compliance and emergency callouts into a single fixed monthly fee. It allows your Trust to spread the cost over time, access potential VAT recovery under Contracted-Out Services (COS) rules, and benefit from full budget certainty throughout the length of the agreement.
