We prioritise patient well-being with designs that enhance rehabilitation by reducing noise, eliminating vibrations, and maintaining consistent temperatures. Our facilities feature non-combustible materials, including fire-resistant insulation, ensuring maximum safety.

Fire Compliance & Structural Integrity

Our buildings are designed with a 60-minute fire rating as standard and eliminate all combustible materials in their construction. With a 60-year structural design life, they comply with British Standards, Eurocodes, and Building Regulations for maximum durability and safety.

Bespoke Modular Plant Rooms

  • Walls: Steel frame with non-combustible Eurobond cladding and rockwool insulation.
  • Floors: Hot rolled steel chassis with reinforced side beams.

Roofs: Steel structure with fire-rated insulation and a single-ply membrane for water drainage.

NHS Frameworks
All our facilities are available through procurement-compliant frameworks provided by Crown Commercial Services (CCS), Shared Business Services (SBS), and NHS Commercial Solutions. This allows for a simpler and faster procurement process, including direct award and efficiency.
HBN and HTM Compliant
We design and manufacture each theatre facility in accordance with the NHS guidelines for healthcare spaces, specifically: HBN26 - Facilities for Surgical Procedures, HTM03/01 - Specialised Ventilation for Healthcare premises, HTM02/01 – Medical Gas Pipeline systems.
Flexible Finance
We offer Hire, Managed Service and Pulse - usage agreements allowing the Trust to combine the full costs of the project: design, enabling works, installation, and upkeep of the facility into a monthly fee. This can also extend to the inclusion of medical equipment into monthly payments.

We provide comprehensive building facilities management, ensuring that your assets are protected, maintained, and operating at peak efficiency. With our tailored maintenance solutions, we help lower running costs, reduce environmental impact, and provide peace of mind.

Yes. Our manufacturing process supports both permanent modular healthcare buildings and temporary decant solutions. All are built to the same high standard of quality and compliance.
Where are your modular healthcare buildings manufactured?
All our modular healthcare buildings are manufactured at our UK-based facility in a highly controlled offsite environment. This ensures consistent quality, reduced weather risk, and faster project timelines.
What quality control measures do you have in place?
Our facility follows strict quality control processes throughout manufacture, including stage inspections, compliance testing, and QA sign-off before delivery. We’re certified to relevant ISO standards for quality and safety.
How are the modules transported and installed on site?
Once manufactured, the modules are transported to site via lorry and craned into position with minimal disruption. Installation is typically completed within days, followed by final commissioning and handover.
