MCH are delighted to announce that we have been successfully awarded a place on the latest Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Offsite Construction Solutions Framework.
After completing the rigorous tender process including a set of detailed questioning on social value, innovation, delivery, quality and customer service and aftercare. MCH joined several other UK modular suppliers and will be operating in Lot 2, sub-Lot 2.1 RM6184 Offsite Construction Solutions.
We are delighted to see the embrace of modular offsite construction within the public sector, and the utilisation of frameworks to ensure there is an easy and effective procurement route to access these high-specification facilities.
Speaking on being awarded a place on the framework, our Managing Director Alan Wilson said: “CCS are the biggest public procurement organisation in the UK, with a wide and varied range of goods and services available, and we are, therefore, extremely proud of winning a place onto this framework once again.
There was a significant amount of work that went into the application process, and we look forward to continuing to provide additional support to NHS trusts utilising our vast experience in the provision of flexible hire or managed service agreements available under this framework.
I’d personally like to thank everyone involved for their hard work and dedication, with our place on CCS’s framework being a testament to their continued efforts for the business”.
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer the best value for taxpayers.
