Towards the end of 2021, ModuleCo Healthcare Limited (MCH) made the decision to invest in the pre-construction of a brand-new operating theatre, allowing immediate deployment to site. This provided the NHS with the ability to add additional capacity much quicker, reducing the backlog of operations caused by the pandemic This state-of-the-art facility was quickly ‘snapped up’ and is currently in use at an NHS trust on a short-term hire basis.
At MCH, we are determined to do what we can to help our NHS get back on its feet and make a positive post-COVID recovery. We are, therefore, delighted to announce that due to high demand, we have taken the decision to further invest in additional high specification stock theatres, which incorporate the latest HTM 03-01 revisions. These theatres are now available for delivery and can be operational within 5 weeks from order.
Furthermore, to allow greater flexibility, MCH have now reduced the minimum hire period to 6 months, since we understand that demand can often differ across hospital specialities.

In addition to standard rental agreements, MCH also offer bespoke Managed Service Agreements, which can be individually tailored to include associated enabling works, medical equipment, and facilities management, should these be required.
