We are thrilled to announce that ModuleCo Healthcare has been accepted onto a new SBS modular buildings framework.
The framework provides NHS Trusts with a compliant route to access modular construction, including:
- Offsite building solutions
- Modular hospital buildings
- Patient offload departments (PODs)
- Education solutions
The framework will run until July 2023, with MCH listed alongside a range of other UK modular suppliers. We will be operating within Lot Four providing modular healthcare facilities for hire.
We are extremely proud to be part of the framework as it only accepts modular providers of the highest quality, taking into consideration health and safety measures, price, construction standards and many other factors.
Sitting on this framework will allow us to expand our support for the NHS even further, providing cost-effective, sustainable and high specification modular buildings via flexible Hire or Managed Service Agreements.
With 50 per cent faster delivery than traditional builds, less on-site disruption, flexible financing and more sustainable construction methods, we’ve seen how the NHS is embracing modular construction more and more. The introduction of this framework ensures that they have a simple route to access quality providers within this space.
